Arthur H. Lester M.D., J.D., has assisted and cared for clients in several capacities - as both an attorney and a physician. His knowledge as a doctor benefits clients of the firm who are involved in matters such as personal injury, medical malpractice cases, workers' compensation claims, and other issues relating to injury and medical terminology and treatment. Dr. Lester has been licensed as an attorney since 1989 and is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Dr. Lester is a published author, having penned works relating to matters such as physician liability, assisted suicide, and technology in the law of medicine. He has also taught seminars and classes to a variety of medical and legal organizations, sharing his knowledge with colleagues in the medical and legal fields. In addition to his roles as lawyer and doctor, he teaches at the Department of Legal Studies of the University of West Florida

Dr. Lester has been involved in many community and professional organizations centered on medicine, the law, and the Fort Walton Beach Community. The American Bar Association, the National Health Lawyers' Association, and the Okaloosa-Walton Bar Association are just a few of the groups in which he has held membership. He has also been active in the Association for Retarded Citizens as a member of the Board of Directors, the Okaloosa-Walton Community College Foundation, the Okaloosa County Medical Society, and the Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce in his efforts to contribute to the local community.

Dr. Lester earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, graduating with High Honors. At Chicago Medical School, where he obtained his M.D., Dr. Lester graduated in the top 10% and was Class Vice President. He has received several awards has been recognized in "Who's Who" in American Medicine, "Who's Who" in American Law Students, and "Who's Who" in American Attorneys.
